Read events from given VAlert device
| in | BUS | STRING[255] | RS485 bus (eg. /dev/tty3) |
| in | BAUDRATE | UINT | RS485 baudrate (default 2400) |
| out | ERR | BOOL | indicates some error occurs |
| out | ERR_ID | WORD | identifies occured error by unique code (see Error codes) |
| out | VALID | BOOL | indicates success operation and valid output |
